  Terrible. My wife rang this business and they told her they don't like doing any work on John Deere ride on mowers and told her to take it to a John Deere dealer. Myself, not knowing this, dropped in and spoke to Marcus who told me no worries can give it a service and replace the mower blades and you can pick it up tomorrow. The next day was the big rain event and after ringing him he says no courier could get parts to him. Then says it will be fine for the next day. I said if it's not ring me so I know and if I don't hear from you I will presume it's ok and I'll come down and pick it up. Get there after not hearing from him and business is closed. Marcus flown to New Zealand. No phone call and no apology. So mower stays for the weekend and on the Monday I ring again and still no courier. Rang John Deere in loganholne and blades are on the shelf so picked mower up and he tried to charge me $170 for a service he quoted $100 for. I refused to pay any more than the quoted price then picked up the mower took it home and fitted them myself. Will never use or recommend this business again. We run an electrical contracting firm and wouldn't have any customers if we treated them in such an unprofessional manner. Poor form! (I'll be interested to see if this review actually gets published by google)
